Ohio School Shooting Suspect to Appear in Court

Officials are confirming a Tuesday afternoon court appearance for a suspect in a deadly school shooting that killed one student, left another brain dead and wounded several others.

At 449 this morning the medical examiner's office contacted me to advise me of that. I feel sorry not only for that family but all the families that are affected by this. Prosecutor's office was brought up to speed last evening and is preparing for a 330 hearing this afternoon in the juvenile court. For legal reasons I will not discuss or release the name of the person being brought before the judge this afternoon. Once that's taken place we may be able to talk more about it. At this time I can't provide you a motive for this. I'm hoping that after the hearing this afternoon Prosecutor David Joyce will address you at the 430 news conference that will be held here")
