Odessa Clay is in trouble for tattooing the outline of a heart on her 11-year-old daughter. Clay reportedly says she didn't know it was illegal to have any person under the age of 18 get a tattoo, even with parental supervision, in her home state of North Carolina. Patrick Jones has the details.
