Never mind that the U.S. has a 10 million bounty on his head. Pakistan's Hafiz Mohammad Saeed, the suspected mastermind of the Mumbai attacks that killed 166 people in 2008, is now offering his help to aid Americans hit by Sandy. (SOUNDBITE) (Urdu) HAFIZ SAEED, CHIEF OF JAMAAT-UD-DAWA (JuD), AN ISLAMIST CHARITY LINKED TO OUTLAWED MILITANT GROUP LASHKAR-E-TAIBA (LeT), SAYING: "At this time there is a severe storm in America, and many people have been affected by it. America is in distress, so we decided to offer cooperation. Our religion teaches us to have sympathy for all humanity, and under those feelings of goodwill, we are offering our cooperation to America in this difficult time." Saeed has denied any wrongdoing and claims no links to militants.
