A study conducted in England says that the extra hour of sleep that comes with setting the clocks back for Daylight Savings is the beginning of poor sleep through the winter. According to the study, we're not able to rebound quick enough when the shorter days roll in, and we accommodate by getting extra, unnecessary rest. Patrick Jones has the details.
