Good news for Britney Spears: a judge has ruled that there is not enough evidence for the singer's former manager to sue her and her family. A judge dismissed the case brought by Sam Lutfi that accused the singer's mother of libeling him and accused her caretakers of failing to pay him a portion of her fortune. Finally, indie rock band Alt-J have been named winners of this year's prestigious Mercury Prize, with their debut album "An Awesome Wave." The four-member group, who met at university in 2007, told media that they felt the award would give them "a level of security" in the tumultuous music world.
