Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is suing vodka company Devotion Spirits for five million dollars. As John Basedow reports, the MTV 'Jersey Shore' star says Devotion owes him a ten percent share in the company and other contract obligations that weren't fulfilled while he was endorsing their protein-infused vodka beverage.
