A lethal cold front in Ukraine. Residents in Kiev battle the elements, with tempartures dropping below zero. People are in the hospital seeking treatment for frostbite. They are some of the lucky ones. Forty three people have died in the streets. A total of 61 have died this month as frigid temperatures cripple the region. And there is no immediate relief in sight with forecasters warning there is more bad weather on the way.
