ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: The Brothers Grimm fairy tale "Hansel and Gretel" gets a bloodthirsty Hollywood revamp in a new action-packed flick starring Jeremy Renner and Gemma Arterton, which premiered in Los Angeles on Thursday (January 24). The classic tale features a brother and sister who are abandoned in the woods, and take refuge in a house made of candy and cake, inhabited by a kind old woman later revealed as a wicked witch who preys on children. "Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters" picks up the siblings' story fifteen years later as they seek bloodthirsty revenge which follows the original tale's "scare factor".
