Lohan Due in Court, But May Skip Due to Illness

Lindsay Lohan is running the risk of being arrested - again. The actress is due in a Los Angeles court on Wednesday (January 30) to face charges of reckless driving, lying to police and obstructing police - all stemming from a car accident last summer. But online tabloid TMZ is reporting that she will not be in court, saying that the actress' lawyer submitted documents notifying the judge Lohan is too ill to fly to L.A. from New York City. The judge could issue a warrant for her arrest if the excuse does not satisfy the court. Earlier in January, Lohan pleaded not guilty to all three charges. She is already on probation for a 2011 jewelry theft and could be sent to jail if she is found to have violated the terms of that probation.
