'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kandi Burruss is suing her former castmate Kim Zolciak for alleged copyright infringement of the hit single, 'Tardy For The Party.' As John Basedow reports, the real world drama is even stranger than televised reality in that Phaedra Parks, another 'RHoA' cast member, is representing Kandi in the lawsuit.
