For the second year in a row, Oprah wins the title of being Forbes' Most Influential person in the world. Forty-eight percent of people surveyed say the talk show queen is the most likable and influential. 'Lincoln' director Steven Spielberg came in second place, followed by three other directors, Martin Scorsese, Ron Howard, and George Lucas. Kristina Behr has the details.
