(ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Dressed as a Boy Scout, Madonna made an appearance at the annual GLAAD awards, drawing attention to the youth organization's ban on gays. "Love thy neighbor as thyself," she said, decrying anti-gay bullying that sometimes has led to suicide. Madonna was at the awards to present CNN anchorman Anderson Cooper with an award in recognition of his accomplishments as an openly gay journalist.
