Ukraine's Black Sea province, Crimea, holds a referendum Sunday that determines whether the region splits from the country. While a Crimea split won't be good, Schleif says there are opportunities in other markets. Schleif says a pullback in equities and South American emerging markets will provide some buying opportunities.
