New Orleans police are investigating a drive-by shooting that killed a man and an 18-year-old girl. Five others were hurt including three children. A two-year-old boy and a four-year-old boy were taken to the hospital in critical condition. Witnesses told police a dark colored vehicle drove up and someone inside opened fire on the victims outside a home in the city's Lower 9th Ward.
